Initial Consultation (1 hour)
The initial consultation is the first step toward seeing if ongoing consultations are a good fit.
All consultations with me are strictly confidential.
You will share the basic facts of your business and any concerns you may have.
We will discuss these concerns and the services I can offer to help resolve them.
By the end, we will both better understand what kind of impact working together will have on your business. We will be clear about what future work together would be and how much it will cost.
Where
We will meet via teleconference on Zoom. The link will be provided when you schedule.
If a virtual meeting isn’t a good fit, we can move to a phone call. Once you have scheduled the time on the calendar email me the best number to reach you at during that scheduled time in reply to the confirmation email.

By the end of this session, there will be clarity about your business’s problems, opportunities, and limitations and which strategic approaches will move the needle.
